I placed an order no. 82293 and got information from Sylvia Caputi that "my VISA credit card declined" and that I should "call us at 800-383-2008 and go to sales and place it again with a sales person" which was a nuisance for me as I was placing the order from Poland. I checked with the bank issuer of the card in Poland and they assured me that everything with the card was fine (I ordered airplane tickets from CheapFlights the very same day and it went through OK). To my surprise, they also checked that no charge request was made at all from Big Fitness to my account (!). Regrettably, going through the ordering process once again, the next day I placed an order for Nautilus Select Tech dumbbells, Select Tech Stand, Harbringer gloves and jump rope with Amazon.com (total value at around $600) and got the whole package delivered by Friday, smooth and sweet. Meanwhile, Nautilus dumbbells it turned out Amazon ordered from you got out (?) ouf your stock (e-mail reading "sorry, our inventory was off by one") and, on Jason's advice from BigFitness, I had to substitute them for Bowflex-branded ones I could have initially ordered somewhere else). Grrrr! For me, everything started on the wrong foot with BigFitness and seemed to go wrong all the way through.
