The only thing that I am not happy with is that I was not contacted to let me know that the item was not in stock. I was waiting dor 5 days wondering if my item had shipped.

Big Fitness did a great job of getting me exactly what I wanted. Their descriptions on the website were spot on and I got exactly what I imagined the product would be. In fact the one curl bar was better then I thought it would be. Great company

I like the weight bar I received. I have not used it with weight yet, but it seems to be good quality. I'll let you know if I think otherwise after adding weight. Thanks for the great delivery time.

Was under impression item was in stock in Rhode Island. That's the reason I purchased it from this store. Instead, item was shipped from somewhere in the Mid-west and took several days longer than it would have if shipped from store.

loved everything, but trying to find out when/if my elliptical trainer had shipped. My initial call was not returned, second call was not answered, but on my third call a store clerk (not customer service) was very helpful. Product selection and ease of ordering were fine, I just thought that 10 days for delivery was a little excessive. I'm glad I wasn't in a real hurry for the item.

BigFittness is great. They have a large selection of exercise equipment. Great prices and the custromer service is good. i will definitely be purchasing more equipment from them
