The only complaint I have is with the personnel that took my order information. She got my order wrong and I had to reorder. I do not like to return merchandise and I will probably won't return the item. Your operators should listen carefully to the person ordering.

I have ordered a number of times from Bargain Catalog Outlet and am very pleased with the promptness of the shipments and the quality of the merchandise and you can't beat the prices. I will continue to order from them and reccomend them to everyone who compliments me on my clothing.

I usually love BCO, but this time I was missing an item from my order. The invoice showed it, but it was not in the package. I have not had a chance to contact customer support.

when I have to return an item I have to pay for shipping. So I feel that I am paying double for shipping cost.

When an order is placed and the items are indicated:"In Stock". Then make sure the order is filled and not shown as:Sorry - No Longer Available. As was the case with 4 of the 5 shirts I ordered this time. Otherwise I've always had good luck here.
