My order done on Dec 21 2008 now is Jan 23 2009 and I just got it today. Phoned Monday Jan 20/2009 left a message (was told that someone would phone back)was not phoned back my visa was debited way before I even recieved my product.Im in Kamloops

The product you ordered was a custom made product that takes 1-3 weeks plus shipping time to arrive, as noted on our website here: http://www.babyplanetboutique.com/clothing-specialty-c-2_12.html Our printer was closed over the holidays as were we, so your order did take the full 3 weeks plus shipping time. I am sorry that your phone call was not returned; we do not have a record of it in our call log so I am not sure what happened. I sincerely apologize. Thank you.
