Just bought my first Apple computer at the Apple web site. Got free shipping and a free printer. Ordered an iMac and it arrived quicker that I anticipated. I have used the Apple website several times to purchase computers and accessories. It is very easy to use, clear descriptions and customer service can answer any additional questions one might have. Shipping time is a minimum--I have always had the product in 3 business days.

I enjoy the apple site, it have a very clean functional look and is easy to interact with. Including if you need to chat with someone they are very helpful and quick to respond to your call to chat.

I ordered a new iPod that wasn't yet available in the retail stores. Everything was clear and easy to place the order, and the product arrived before the expected day. I would recommend this website to anyone. I have heard good reports from others using this website at my Macintosh Computer Club.

I use an iMac computer and I love Apple software. I purchased the iWorks program from the Apple Store and I love it. I have already used it to create several newsletters that I email to clients and it can also be used to open existing PC documents. I strongly recommend this software to anyone looking to replace Office on their Mac.
