Full Review for Amazon.com

I usually have nothing but good to say about this site. But recently, I purchased a used book which was advertised as a hardback. What I received was a stained soft-cover, spine-damaged and repaired with duct tape. This surprised me because of the quality of all the products usually offered by Amazon. I have been shopping online there for years and never had a problem, save this one. I was disappointed in the individual bookseller more than at Amazon. Perhaps Amazon should screen booksllers a little more effectively. Overall, though, I would never hesitate to recommend Amazon to all my friends.
