i order the items 12 days ago and paid for 3 day shipping and still haven't recieved the product..

Any time an order is placed using accellerated freight, in bold RED letters at the time of order placement before the final submission of the order by the customer, we ask the customer to call us toll free to ensure that the item is in stock and ready to ship. This customer did not contact us or he would have been made aware that this item is on a MANUFACTURER back order. In addition, once the customer has submitted the order, they receive an email stating whether the item(s) are on back order or in stock.
