The order I recieved was perfect. Do you offer any type of program to buy back used (empty) toner cartridges when someone orders new ones?

OKIdata C3400 Color Laser printer has a shutter vane on each toner drum. I changed the toner cartridges and the printer status still indicated the toner was empty on the yellow, magenta, cyan. Please suggest to others having this problem.

I made a mistake on my last order, to my benefit! Instead of Supplies Guys raking me over the coals, they notified me of the mistake and processed it anyway. Thank you! That is why I continue to support and recommend them to my associates and friends!

I have ordered toner cartridges from SuppliesGuys and have empties that I would like to return. Can you please inform if you take back empties, how they should be returned and if any credit is given for the empties. Answer would be apprecited.
