the item showed avaliable but was not in stock. i was told this after giving my credit card information.

Product arrived fast. Still waiting on part of the shipment that was back ordered..not sure when it is to arrive. Product is super!! Price was excellent!

Notified QualityMatters.com of damaged merchandise within 24hrs. of receipt. Quality Matters refused to issue refund or exchange for more expensive unit. Similar online reviews indicate Quality Matters routinely fails to honor its return policy. Scammers!

not all items received - 2 items were listed as on back order on shipping manifest - have no ecd for those items.

We just recently received our order. At this time, the order arrived in good condition and on time. We have started to use it and are very satisfied at this time.

Product was either damaged in transit or was defective, and unusable. Quality Matters staff directed me to Supentown who then arranged for exchange of the unit

Product is good, but instructions for assembly are terrible. Missing steps, poor diagrams, certain parts are never mentioned as in where they go.
