I did the instant return where you pay $6.99, i shipped the package but still haven't recieved my refund

delivery was overnight. had an exchange, went to warehouse, and exchanged for a different size with no problems. staff were very nice and helpful.

I have always had excellent customer support from Dogfunk - great service. I was just a little disappointed with one of the jackets as it had no insulation, even though it was listed in the "insulated jackets" category.

I'm in New Zealand and had the item (board shorts) shipped to Hawaii, so I can't comment on how I like the item. It's waiting for me there. I purchased it because seemed the closest to model of Reef boardies I bought in Seattle 4 years ago and love!
