The furniture was hard to put together and it fell apart upon its first use. It is broken, so I can't return it and customer support can't help me either.

The item I ordered was a Birthday present for my Mother. She really does like it alot and was very happy with the emails sent directly to her about the status of delivery. Thank you all ever so much.

ordered two tables, came in four boxes. Recieved three, two pieces damaged, on ripped open and the other was not recieved. Talked to customer service for reorder. Now we have two more boxes that were damaged and not a complete full table to use.

One part of the entry table was obviously cracked due to improper wood curing. I think they need better quality control so they don't send out imperfect merchandise.

I was highly satisfied with both the product and service. I ordered this item as a birthday present for my wife and it arrived on time and in good condition. I was quite pleased that all of the parts were there and the assembly was easy.
