The only thing we did not care for was the "pop up" free shipping, etc. add that we did not intend to buy, but accidentally it was hit and went onto our account. It was frustrating and not something we wanted to spend time on to fix.

Please require the delivery person not to leave an order on the door step if the customer is not home. This is a dangerous practice and alerts would be criminals that the home owner is not there. Also, the product could be stolen or damaged.

My order didn't contain gift card. I called and was offered a discount on my next order. The card is very important in the flower delivery process! Very disappointed!

Your prices are good but the postage is high. I thought my order was going to be postage free,that is what I understood the it to say, but guess I was wrong. However my 85 year old sister-in- law was thrilled with how beautiful the flowers were.
