I do think that you variety of CD is limited. Mail out one or two CDs, in padded envelopes rather than in the box that you use. Mail out in bubbled envelopes, I would like you to consider changing your packing for one and two CDs.

I like the service and the price.. wish there was more selection, but I understand why there isn't at this price point... Also when you dont have a disk in stock, you shouldn't advertise it... But other than that, (bummed that I didn't get a cd I wanted)

You need more of the old country music. And free cd's More selection at one time. I did not get my free cd for october.

Selections need to be improved somewhat. You do not have Michael Jackson's albums after Motown.

I am overall pleased with Your Music.com. I ususally receive my orders on a timely basis, some in three days, sometimes as long as seven days. My only complaint is that on two occasions I have received cd shipments where the jewel case was cracked.
