I reported to the main number regarding the incorrect information description of the item purchased, so it could be corrected. The item was incorrectly described, and not what I expected to receive.

WE GOT A FREE CAMERA WITH OUR ORDER AND IT ONLY WORKED FOR A DAY, I GUESS THAT IS WHY IT WAS FREE. THE PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR WAS GREAT.

Why would you ship the product when it could be delivered by our local store. I would think the shipping charges would be higher than the local store bring it.

It came in great shape, but such a huge box for the item ordered. I've ordered similarly shaped items from other companies and they ship in an appropriate sized packages, for less money.

The people in the stores are better than website. The store has clearance sales & other websites do to. Yours doesn't. Deliveries are not that quick either. I ordered from other sites, delivery on orders made AM were there PM.
