The order was sent incomplete however when I contacted customer support, they were very courteous and the missing part of the order was shipped the next day. Very Good!

i got the right filter for my refridgeratorfor about 18 dollars less than i wouldve paid at sears. it was delivered promptly, would definately recommend filtersfast, saves time and money.

I was sent the wrong filter for our refrigerator. I had to call and have the order redone. I still have not received it. Customer service acted very quickly and was very responsive to begin the replacement phase of the order.

The de-ionising filter I received does not de-ionise the water, so I am expecting to receive a replacement or refund. They respond to e-mail quite promptly. Initially, they told me to contact the manufacturer, which was not my concern.

I've bought from Filters Fast before and will continue to do so. They have the right products at the right prices and have great customer service (I didn't need it this time but have talked to them in the past). They were very helpful at that time.

I received the filter on time but haven't had time yet to install it. I hope it is the right one and will solve my problem. If it doesn't I will need to return it. I got the name, serial number and model number from the old one so it should work.

Fast and efficient. Price was good. My suggestion is disclose the shipping costs up front as I think that would be a selling point as well.
