I was surprised at the speed and the efficiency of this company. My husband is now the envy of the neighborhood with his BBQ cleaner. It works like a charm!

The gift item was NOT delivered by UPS because of risk of theft. I was NOT notified the item was returned to Brookstone!!!! I want the gift delivered to the same person at her office address but I don't know how to contact Brookstone. Can you help me?

I feel like I was being pestered a bit as to whether the package was delivered. You sent it out, shouldn't you know whether it was delivered or not? This was a gift, not for me.
