The customer service was fine and I love the Croscill comforter set and drapery panels I ordered. The hard plastic backing on the welcome mat is cracked and falling apart. Too much of a hassle to return a $10 item, but I expected better quality.

when I discovered a defect with my comforter I was not very confident that my issue would be received well. but I was very wrong! Because of this positive experience I plan on shopping at Designer Linens Outlet for all my needs. Thank You!

Sheet set advertised as blue & white. It is not. It's blue& beige. I was out of time and had to use them anyway. Also, although the pillowcases are listed separately, you do not allow one to purchase them without buying a full set of sheets, too.

Everything was perfect, the only thing is that you should specify a little more some products, for example, in conforters sets, it say so, an supposed to be clear, but you don't know exactly which items are included and if you should shop some more.

Package barely held together by the time it reached me. The latex foam pillow was way too soft. CSR didn't recommend reordering since all your latex foam pillows are supposed to be firm. She asked me to box it up and she'd have UPS pick it up today
