The jacket was as depicted in the picture. It arrived on time and was packaged well. Liz Claiborne markets clothing that is classic and well made - qualities I always look for.

I purchased various tee-shirts and I thought they were a little too skimpy, I would prefer more room, especially in the 3/4 sleeves, the short sleeves are fine. I did not notice this on the last tee-shirts I purchased from Liz.

I don't like a lot of the new clothes, they seem more than matronly (though I myself am 67). I have always like Liz Claiborne because they were classic and had some flare. However, my tee-shirts are great, good fabric and color and fill in on my basics.

I rarely shop online,but I found a Liz Claiborne jacket I loved.It was more than I wanted to pay so I decided to try online.To my absolute delight, I found the jacket at a fabulous price!I plan to shop Liz online again! Thanks

I need to return an item and misplaced my invoice. I called customer service and the agent was very professional and guided me thru returning without the invoice. Excellent customer service

I expected the material to be a soft cotton but was a stiff cotton with the added stretch material.

The internet site for ordering was terrible. It caused a duplicate order and had a very low response time.
