I phoned Customer Support to inquire if this order would be eligible for Liz Rewards. The person I spoke to was very courteous and spoke of "escalating" my question, but was clearly clueless about the Liz Rewards program.

on line I ordered a black/white jacket(that was pictured),I phoned customer service 2 times,once the person claimed there was no way to check the order,2nd time I csalled the person promised the correct jacket was shipped.WRONG!!.

size 16 is not a true 16...it needs to be a little bigger...
