I thought the cost of international postage was extremely high and after seeing the actual cost of this postage on my invoice I was disappointed that I did not receive the difference. This will impact me on using MLB shop again.
Caps were shipped in a huge box, therefor, caps moved all over inside of box. Caps not secured in shipment, caps smashed or out of shape/flat -- lost its shape. Also, unless shipping and handling is free, it was not listed on packing slip. Disappointed.
I purchsed the products as a gift. I'm pretty sure the recipient will love the gifts, but cannot guarantee she won't need to return any of it. So, asking a question about my likelihood of returning should include the comment of gifts too.
Not specified when I ordered a "custom" shirt that the name of my player would not be there as well as the number. I spent $250 for a shirt I do NOT want now. It's NOT custom with just the number!!!
MLB shop is great. They ship overseas and online transactions are easy. Will continue to order from them. Only problem is UPS. They make delivery attempts but dont leave delivery notice. So I had no idea they made two attempts. Not cool.
