Two of the necklaces had chains that were not so nice. The charms were good.

VERY disappointed, the gift I ordered did not come with the 'story' card..... the MAIN reason I ordered that particular gift.

Package was delivered in the afternoon and the first row of chocolates had melted due to there being one small cold pack. Otherwise the chocolates were fantastic.

I ordered the chocolate dipped cherries and they were not delivered until 8:30 at night. When my father opened up the cherries, they were all melted together. My father said they were good but obviously could have been better as well as the presentation.

You should mention that monogrammed items are installed by the purchaser. I was surprised that I had to do this.

Red Envelope has great gift ideas to cover various situations. Would have liked to have an open ended period for delivery rather than set a specific date, i..e, June 18-22, rather than June 19.
