The product appeared to be a lot more "used" than I was expecting. There were also no printed instructions of any kind.

I ordered a pda that was supposed to come with the sync cable and it came with the wrong cable.

Ordered the Palm TX with a leather case as I could not establish online that the unit came with one. I received the wrong case which does not fit the TX. I am planning on returning it.

The battery I ordered was placed in the phone and sat on the charger overnight (at least 15 hours) with the phone turned off and I am experiencing equal to shorter battery life from this one than I was from the one I was replacing. Prob gonna return it.

Customer Service was very bad. Most of my Q's weren’t replied to. Currency wasn’t clear at all on invoice &caused me HUGE problems that I had to deal with! Overall, not satisfied with the service & delivery was slow which I paid almost $50!

Only when I contacted PDAPreferred did I find out what the delay in shipping two backordered items. Nineteen days later and no word on when backordered items are to be delivered.

I bought a Dell Axiom x50 and I am having problems with it. I am still not sure if the problem is me or the product. If it cannot be resolved soon, I will return the PDA.
