Only really buy items when they are on sale. so keep the sales and promotions coming.

A couple of things bother me about your company---the number of things that are backordered or no longer available (esp. with crewcuts); the only shipping method to Puerto Rico is priority, why not a 2 or 3 day?

The product assortment for the price is fantastic. Usually the fabrics are superior. However, the wool pants I bought were, in my opinion, a very cheap fabric.

Even though order was received on time, it was longer in getting delivered than I have typically experienced from J. Crew.

Upon ordering and a closer look at the free shipping offer, we realized that you had to order at least $150. I feel a little betrayed by the ad and the small print mentioning the minimum $ amount.
