For the most part, I have been very pleased with the merchandise that I have ordered from OPT. But I would prefer that apparel prices were kept continuously competitive with other stores rather than having to wait for a sale at OPT to make a purchase.

Old Pueblo Traders offer very high-quality items, including some hard-to-locate Alfred Dunner styles. They offer some great deals too. I'm so glad to receive your email offers. Your customer service staff is very helpful & efficient.

OPT are easy to do business with. The skirt I ordered may be to short I am still evaluating the fit.

I just love your clearance sales as I can not afford to pay full price for names like Alfred Dunner etc. If it were not for the clearance sales I would be buying at wal-mart.

Some of the items that was say to be in stock was not. Some was no longer available and as of today Nov. 2,2009 I ahve not received all my order. One item os shoes looked online to be navy blue and they were a very loud blue almost sky blue.

out of 3 items so far have received 2, 1 will have to return because it doesnt fit. however, very safisfied with the price/quality, sad 1 didnt fit, yet the other fits perfect, and I am still waiting on the third one, for which have not yet been charged.
