These people are so good, my mother got her 80th birthday gift of organic fruits while they still needed a day or two to ripen. She was thrilled that she didn't have to do something with them on the spot to prevent spoilage.

hated the "shipping rebate" offer which was a very lousy offer to get a shipping "rebate" in exchange for a non-useful very expensive monthly service. Next time, I'm using another company that doesn't have a phony free shipping offer attached.

Ordered 3 day celebration gift set; the 3rd day was not delivered. Called 800 number; 3rd product was reordered and shipped but still 5 days delayed. Compensation not offered. Customer service agent was gr8.
