It did not state clearly that the items were sold individually. So, I was expecting pairs of items, and I got one of each, which are basically useless.

Overall, shopping at Painful Pleasures has been a good experience. There have been a few problems with having some products arrive damaged or in the wrong size. Price and selection are wonderful, and shopping at the website is simple enough.

I ordered an ear-ring and thought that the quantity was one pair when it was actually just one ear-ring. A little dissapointing, but probably a mistake on my part. Besides that, I had a good experience.

i was told the order should of been there in a week but took 2 weeks and i was still charged for the p&p

As an EU customer it got carried away with the price. More information might be needed on the site for import taxaes and customs fees.
