Web site stated there were 6 items in stock. The next day I was sent an e-mail stating the item was back ordered. I have not yet received the item.

When upgrading to the stainless steel top, pre-drilled holes for railing/glass gaurd were misaligned. When upgrading to the stainless steel top/deluxe steel drain pan, there is no per-drilled hole for the drain pan fitting. Stainless is hard to drill.

The original coffee maker I ordered was damaged. They promptly sent me a replacement, along with their coverage of the shipping costs. The machine works just great, and I am extremely impressed with their service. Good email communication, too! A+

Assembly instructions were not posted. It required the use of a $150 nailer. Either clearly state on the web with instructions or the product should be changed so that the item is 'pre-drilled' for assembly.
