I was not pleased with the product, but the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I thought the matter was handled as well as it could have been, and found Kay extremely cooperative.

iv'e been shopping online for over a year now & this has been my best experiance,i wanted a quality chain to go with my celtic cross i ordered from ireland,with out one,& iv'e been looking around at the mall& their junk compared to this on,very pleased.

When I received the necklace, the chain had 2 knots in it which I was able to undo with time and a tweezer, because sending it back wasn't worth it.
