I placed my order on 10/01 and did not hear anything from the company till the day it was delivered - on 10/31! I tried to contact customer service several times by phone - the lines were not answered! - and email - I never received a reply!

The clitoris vacuum vibrator failed after about 30 minutes. I took the unit apart and found a broken wire to the motor. I intend to fix it as soon as I have the time.

very happy with the service provide by libida which is in contrast to the service provide by jt stockroom payed but never received an item from jt stockroom. Thank you libida you have renewed my faith in internet purchasing

There were 2 items I'd ordered, and one bonus item. None of them had any instructions as to how to use. This would have been preferable. Have only tried one item.
