I was very pleased with the CS person i talked to, they said the product would not be available until the end of Oct but would do there best to get me one sooner. The product arrived Oct 7 and I was delighted.

Purchase Visual Studio Pro 2008 Upgrade - all that was in the box was a CD package. I guess I was expecting the box too? But maybe that's why it was cheaper?

I had paid $30 for overnight delivery. When I checked the status on the Fed Ex web site I saw that it was coming "3 days ground dekivery". Customer service said it was your shipping dept error and refunded my shipping charge. Mostly a good story, except I needed the software the next day for my business.
