Product doesn't work as expected. When comosing a new mssage when the format text buyttn is clicked a new screen appears but only avery few of buttons are enabled.

The courier left my package unattended outside my apartment. A little disappointed and very lucky no one else obtained what I paid for...especially since the directions I left for courier were to leave package at office, if I was not home.

Windows 7 - didnt know which I should buy. I called SoftwareMedia, Cust Svce gathered info then told me that I didnt need the more advanced version, saving me over $100. I planned on shopping around for the best price - but chose SM for the service.
