Good buying experience, but Im not sure how good High Sierra backpack is. Seems smaller and less sturdy. LLBean guarantees products for life. But my son liked the description of this one and I liked the price. RockyMountainTrail was great.

The bag was bright red-the picture shown was burgundy. Would have ordered a blue bag had I known the true color.

I liked the camelbak kids bottles I ordered. They were the perfect size for kids. I could not find them anywhere else.

I can not believe I had to pay $11.25 to return the back pack. The price did not reflect the quality of the back pack what so ever. It was cheaply made. I guarantee it cost me more to return it than it did to produce it!

Thought the material used on the backpacks was a little cheap - thin. I expected a little heavier weight for the cost.

Marketing/pricing strategy mis leading.Price appears 39.95 or 49.95 & when you select any size/any color the price jumps usually by $50.I take offense to that.I agree that I have the option to stop the order or continue but it is like "bait and switch"

I love my new backpack and I love how they offer free returns. If I ever need a new backpack or know someone who does I will recomend this site.

My package arrived on time, but it required a signature. The UPS driver left a note to deliver the next day between 2-5 PM. I left work early, but the driver delivered early and I had to get the package at UPS. I paid for 2-day air and didn't get that.
