I was very pleased to find the shoes I wanted for the price Shoe Mall offered. I was especially pleased that there were no shipping charges and for that reason, my next pair of shoes will come from Shoe Mall.

For this particular item, it's best to let consumer know to purchase 1/2 size larger. I did and the shoes fit great!

I was disappointed to know that these shoes would not be off back order until Feb. 2010, so was quite happily surprised to receive them last week.

Every thing was fine , and on time. I had to cancel my hello kitty boots and order the skull tattoo but they were in stock.

I liked the way my order was followed by emails to let me know receipt of order, when it was sent and that one item was backordered. Excellent communication.

I did not like paying for the retun shipment because the product did not fit and there was not another size available that would fit.

I ordered a pair of boots from you through amazon originally. When they came there was a 15% off offer on the shipping receipt. This is why I ordered a second time.

When I first placed my order my name came up completely wrong. I immediately called customer service and I was completely satisfied with the her service. I don't understand how my name got so messed up.I hope that does not happen to anyone else.
