The only thing wrong was my error, I ordered the wrong item..only because I didn't knowif the batteries I ordered were connected by wires or screws. I had no way of knowing until I took the battery holder apart.

I purchased your product because you offered Overnight shipping. So I paid for overnight delivery on the 5th Nov and received it on the 9th Nov. Not what I call Overnight!
