I was surprised to see the same item at Costco for $30 less than I paid shopPBS.

I found that the price was a bit higher compared to your competition but other then that, all was fine.

I live in Germany and asked Cust. Support about the coding of the DVDs for The French Chef. The answer was courteous and prompt, but the chief focus of the reply was that the service does not ship outside of the US and did not fully answer my question

The movie I wanted was not listed on the PBS website. I had to email with my question as to whether it was available. I did get a good response, but I wished I didn't have to email, and that the movie was listed on the site when I first looked.

I had never shopped at PBS before, but will certainly do so again. A totally positive experience. The package was processed more quickly than any other online shopping site and it arrived earlier than promised.
