The ECTACO translator had internal errors in the software when I received it. Also, it was not as easy to use as I expected. The voice recognition software was not very easy to understand either.

A week after I ordered my translator, I received an email saying that my order was being processed. It should not have taken a week, and I needed it ASAP because I'm leaving the country. I was not happy and contacted Customer Service. They shipped it immediately and it arrived the next day.

I like your product, however I an dissipionted because I have problems dowloading books in the txt format. When I download these books in that format The jetbook gives me an unrecognizable format message.
