It seemed to take a long time for the order to be shipped. I would have expected the product to be in stock and shipped immediately.

The email purchase confirm promised notice of shipping in 7-10 days. That never happened. The shipper did contact me with one day notice that it was coming. The product arrived outside the promised time line without notification of delay.

we haven't used the unit yet-we only received it yesterday and are still in the process of assembly-not easy. was told would be here on friday -i never got a call and it wasn't delivered. i called at 5:00 pm and was told monday-it did come on monday

great treadmill solid as a rock. Shipping company delayed order 1 week to fit into their delivery schedule.

My overall experience has been positive. I look forward to my daily use of htis product, but I did notice that there is a clicking noise while using it, but so far I haven't taken the time to identify where the clicking is coming from.
