Not at all satisfied with how long it took to receive the elliptical. Purchased it on Oct 1st as a curb delivery and didn't get it until the 31st.

I like the product, but unhappy with the ordering/delivery process. When I ordered, no expectation was set for time of delivery. Delivery service not very flexible. No info on how heavy the item is, the size of the container, or expected set up time.

I contacted Smooth Fitness about an issue I have with their product. The issue remains outstanding as they have not contacted me regarding a resolution. I left a voice message and no one ever got back to me.

I am very unhappy.I have received this survey,but not the treadmill yet!!! Trying to contact by phone or email is unsuccessfull.This email about how happy I am with my "received" product is inappropriate,since I have only received poor service up to now.

The order arrived after the 7-10 day delivery period. The shipping company actually brought the wrong one the first time and had to bring the correct one the next day. Cut into my schedule quite a bit to try and be around for it to arrive.

The Smooth Fitness website was helpful in making my decision of what to purchase. Online ordering was easy. Delivery was timely and the product was in good condition. The only surprise I had was that only half my order was shipped without notifying me.
