I waited for a several days to receive my email confirmation. There was no email receipt right after the order. I thought my order never went through! A good idea to prevent this problem is to set up a way for customers to have an account on your website.

I love shopping online with Snaz75.com ...because it has everything a dancer needs and then some. I am an exotic pole dancer & instructor, so I'm always searching for new items to add to my outfits or new outfits to add to my items.

i was unhappy with the shipping time. when i ordered the shipping showed ships in 3-4 business days. this means when you order something you receive it within 3-4 business days not 8 business days. they would not give me a phone # to call.

I was unimpressed by the fact that there is no customer service telephone number available, it took 3 emails to finally get a response. Also, UPS delivery is a complete nightmare, so I would have to think long & hard before ordering from here again.

When only one of my packages showed up for my two day delivery I contacted Snaz and got no reply.I paid quite a bit for two day delivery not three day, my costume came a day later than what I expected and what I paid for. Product/good/ delivery poor.
