The faucet is beautiful, can't wait to see it installed! Staff was very helpful in making sure I got the right drain and exterior pipes for the faucet.

I still haven't received the tub and I have no way of tracking it. I've called several times and still don't know where the tub is in shipment.

the only problem i had was i thought that i would have gotten an e-mail confirming my order when it was placed. i had to call to find out this information.

I have a problem with the warrenity og the fixture. It had a pin hole/ manufacture defect in the casting and the thought was so what buy a new one!! We do not stand behind our product.Glad I don't run my business the same way!!!
