Purchase experience was good. Only complaint is my items shipped seperately and one of them took a long time to get here & I needed it to make the other item work.

Main reason for ordering from Office Max was to use MaxPerks credit. That part of website did not work.

The only comment I have is that I recieved the chair I had ordered one morning by the next afternoon but the shipping status on the website for my order said pending.
