This was my first experience with boot barn and things went great. I had e-mailed just to see where my package out of curiousity and was responded to immediately. My package arrived the next day and I was very impressed.

Need tracking numbers, and for the price of shipping, it should be quicker. It shouldn't be guesswork of "10-14 business days". That's crap.

the shoes were about 1 1/2 sizes too small and I was a little disappointed in the quality. Unfortunately I misunderstood the return policy and the shipping costs for both ways was about $17 and nothing to show for it. Zappos has a better policy.

I found the return process complicated and expensive. Shoes are difficult to get the right fit, you should make that process easier.
