I had no problem at all installing the parts to the meat/grinder saw and have already put it to use cutting up deer and a hog,I'm very happy with the product and have told others and showed them the saw while I was useing it.

I ordered a media fireplace and found it on sale just a little higher than one i found local and in the color i wanted. I tracked the shipping and it arrived on time and in good shape.

NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW IF THERE IS A BOLT OR SOMETHING THAT IS NEEDED TO PUT GRILL TOGETHER. IS THERE A GRILL?

I ordered an axle and spring assembly. The springs are a little shorter and the rear shackles need to be cut off the trailer and newones welded on.

This item was backordered. I understood that. Waited 5 business days and called to see how much longer it was backordered.The clerk told me it would get here when it got here. Not happy with answer.I canceled the order on 10/22 and put it in 10/13.

I owned this wall fireplaces before, and I new what it was all about. The northern tool fireplace was exactly as expected, competitive $, & on time. I was able to prep connections prior to delivery,simply hung it on the wall and fired it up.

Item was setting on truck dock for over a week because they did not have my phone number. They wanted me to unload because it was too heavy for their driver. Told them to get a lift truck, which they did 2 days later.
