The first item that shipped is great, and it beat competitor prices. However, the second item I never received because it was not in fact in stock like I was led to believe by the website so it was cancelled.

I SHOPPED AT COLUMBIA HOUSE AND FAMILY VIDEO BEFORE I DISCOVERED DEEP DISCOUNT,ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO.DEEP DISCOUNT`S PRICES ARE ALWAYS LOWER, MUCH BETTER DEALS,AND MAYBE BEST OF ALL THE FREE SHIPPING.

I liked that I didn't have to take time to run to the store [Walmart or Target] to find the DVDs I wanted. However, one of them was more expensive @ DD.Com even after figuring in the sales tax I would have been charged if I bought it at the store.

Ship. info & timing were excellent. I have not opened pkgs.; not sure of quality--seem new & in original pkg. 1 box is crushed on the corners but seems to be intact. 1 box will be sent elsewhere (gift). So far, I am very satisfied with purchase/pricing.
