The boots I bought are cute but I can't wear them the hard rubber soles on them are slippery & the pink & red yummy sweater has left about a pound of fluff on everything I touched. I love Torrid & I will buy again but some of he items seem cheaply made.

I really hope I don't have to call them every time I use my credit card... Thats just way to expensive when I have to call from Norway..

I puchased this giftcard on 10/20. It was delivered on 11/5. The card was lost twice. It was insane.

I love Torrid, but was a little bit disappointed with the quality of the product I received. Not so much that I wanted to return it, but just a little disappointed all the same.

I'm sorry, but I just don't understand how I had to pay $13 for shipping and it took over a week to get here. I think it is a total rip off and the likelihood of my ordering from torrid again is very low.
