I have ordered two GPS's from PCNation in the last month. I have found them to have the best prices, and the free 3 day shipping it spot on. Only thing, if you say it is in stock it should be in stock. Overall Great job!

My shipping address was different from my billing address, therefore I was emailed, asking to call customer service. I was asked to provide a work email to confirm the purchase, which I did. I was told this would initiate the shipping process. Five hours, three phone calls and four more emails later, I still wasn't sure the purchase was going to be delivered... More

Item I ordered appeared as though it had been opened previously and then re-packed. Won't know if it works until opened as a birthday present Sept. 29th by my wife.

I received the item the next day as ordered. I had to have help calibrating the item so I called tech support and the calibration and software upgrade went well. The only problem I had was problems with the 2009 version map upgrade download. The download manager wouldn't load on my computer, so tech support is mailing me a CD for the upgrade. So far... More
