I was not told that the shipping charges would be half what I paid for the product until a day later when they were confirming the order and how it was to be shipped. I think the shipping charges should be upfront so people know when they are ordering.

I was not happy with the product received. My husband could not put it together the holes did not match up after hours of attempting this. We had to hire a contractor to redrill the holes, paying him $100 to do it.

we received our classroom chairs in a very timely manner, however there is a small part broken off that we will attempt to repair rather than sending the chair back.....

I purchased a bookcase to match existing furniture. Color chip sample arrived in 2 days after my online request. Customer service contacted me to verify shipping particulars. Shipping was on time and as requested. Great value. Outstanding experience!

Shipping costs were excessive. the model had changed from the first time we ordered this product to now - so they don't match well when placed side by side. The product individually is of good quality.
