The shipping carton was crushed by UPS. Fortunately, the contents were not damaged, but the problem was caused by inadequate packing by Pyramyd Air.

I receive my package but not everything , I still not receive the Beretta CX4 Storm Tactical Semi-Auto CX4 Storm Replica 1x $379.00 yet! I would like to know when will i receive this item. waitting for your reply in this matter!

I purchase most items via the internet. I am highly satisfied with the pellet gun parts I ordered. Couldn't find them anywhere, now I have a good sourse for parts. Thank you for your swift and great service.

It would have been nice if Pyramyd Air would have let me know that the anticipated restock date of the back-ordered items had changed. One item moved to a new date and the other item was discontinued. If I had not followed up I would still be waiting.

I had ordered JSB Pellets. No problem I got them. What was amazing was the packing. It was absolutely great. No pellets damaged,do to the way theywere packed, which is unusual. GREAT keep up the good work. Thanks, CARL
