There was disappointment. I recieved a defective "Open Office". I cannot use it. A complaint was emailed and there has been no response for several weeks now from your organization.

unhappy with software billing for product and shipping i feel like i was misled but why worry im just one customer and who in america is honest these days anyway ill never return

The software on each order were favorably priced, were delivered in a reasonable timeframe and are exactly as depicted on your website. I will definitely be a repeat repeat customer.
