The guy on the phone when I checked my order was rude and unhelpful. Aside from that everything was great.

the freezer was locked and US appliance could not supply the key. I had to call GE to get a key mailed to me. It should have been the responsibility of US appliance to call GE, obtain the key and mail it to me or to have made sure it was not locked in the first place. I was not happy with the service.

I was worried about buying an appliance online but afte reading the reviews it looked like US Appliance had the best reviews that were fake. I'm very happy I went with US Appliance over another low price site.
