One of the products claimed that it would last for 2 months..didn't last in the tank for 2 weeks..

FOR ORDERS THAT ARE LESS THAN A MILE FROM A PETCO STORES, SHIPPING SHOULD BE FREE, OR THE CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION OF PICKING IT UP FROM THE NEAREST STORE. SHIPPING COSTS WAY TOO MUCH!

Please consider selling higher sided litter boxes for cat's to prevent urinating over the side of the litter box. The litter box height should be atleast 20 inches high with an opening cut out for the cat to walk through.

I was very disappointed to receive my dog food order late. I paid $38+ dollars in shipping and only received my dog treats. I had to wait another whole day for the dog food and they shipped from the same location

The dog house was very good looking and easy to put together.But,the wood was split in one spot right out of the box. Other than that, I am satisfied with the dog house, but I just assembled it so we will see how durable it is.

I have not received my order yet. I've been waiting since October 26, 2009 since I ordered it. They told me that you would deliver it on October 31, 2009 but it never came in until this morning 11/3/2009.

The code scanned on the 12-pack of canned puppy food only rang up as the price of 1 can. The sales associate had to call the manager over and even he had a hard time. It was not as simple as returning an item bought in-store.
