The watch I ordered was a blue face watch, the one I received is black. It looks ok so we are keeping it because we are in a time window that will not allow us to turn it around and start again.

I ordered a watch for my boyfriend's birthday. Not a cheap watch either. I paid an extra 12 bucks for NDA shipping and was sent a watch with a HUGE scuff on the side. It had no plastic and I think it was used. I'm very disappointed in what I received.

Talked to one customer service rep that did not help me at all. Called back & talked to a different rep & he resolved a return issue immediately.

Order arrived on time and was not delayed by CC conformation. Quality of service did not suffer due to bargain price.

Blue Dial gave my name out to some telemarketers who called me with offers that would have cost me money each month, though they presented it as though it was a free gift. If you accept the "free gift" you are then billed for another item.
