The return policy is very narrow considering they sell undergarments. One item did not fit well at all, but I am not able to return it.

I'm in Australia and freshpair is the only way to buy underwear online. All my friends are doing it now.

Easy to find favorite brands/part numbers - difficult at a store, even obsolete part numbers! Good prices,free UPS ground ship makes a big difference.

Living in Alaska we sometimes get treated like we live in a foreign country. One time I was even told Alaska was not part of the US! I appreciate not being gouged for added shipping to Alaska. Thanks,

My package will come to Taiwan directly under the address of "Taiwan, ROC" instead of your usage of "Taiwan, province of China" which made the mail to China first, then rejected and redirected to Taiwan. It takes more time for delivery and is easily lost.
